Ride the wave.
Repeat.
Turn the internet’s biggest attention waves into faceless YouTube Shorts channels, while the attention is still there.

The idea
Don’t build a channel.
Launch one.
Everyone tells you the same thing. Pick a niche. Post three times a week. Be patient. Come back in two years and maybe you’ll have an audience.
That’s one way to do it. It’s just not the only one. Attention is already moving. Huge amounts of it, around things people are obsessed with right now. You don’t have to create it. You have to be standing where it lands.
The usual advice
- PICK A NICHE
- BUILD FOR YEARS
- BUILD AN AUDIENCE
Two years in, hopefully.
Trend clipping
- SPOT DEMAND
- LAUNCH
- TEST
- SCALE
- MONETIZE
- MOVE
Then you do it again on the next one.
The analogy
Think dropshipping.
But for attention.
Dropshippers don’t spend five years building a store around one product. They look for demand. They find something that’s starting to move. They launch fast. They test.
When something works, they scale it. When the opportunity disappears, they move onto the next one. Nobody thinks that’s strange. That’s just how the game is played.
Trend Clipping does the same thing with YouTube Shorts.

The system
Launch. Test.
Scale. Repeat.
Seven steps. You run them in order, and then you run them again on whatever comes next.
- 01
FIND THE WAVE
Don’t look for some random story that’s viral for three days. Look for something the entire internet is about to obsess over for the next month, three months, maybe longer. The World Cup. GTA 6. The next massive entertainment event everyone already sees coming. That’s where you build.
- 02
LAUNCH FAST
Fresh account. Fresh channel. Spend the first few days teaching YouTube exactly what world this account belongs in. Searching, watching, studying the niche. While you’re doing that, you’re also finding out what’s already winning. Then you start posting.
- 03
TEST CONTENT
Don’t dump fifty uploads on a channel that’s three days old. Start small and build up. Every clip is a test: a different creator, a different format, a different topic. You’re not trying to guess what works. You’re trying to find out.
- 04
FIND WINNERS
Most clips do nothing. That’s the job. Then one runs. Go and look at why. Which creator it came from, what format it was. That’s not luck. That’s an answer.
- 05
SCALE
When something works, make more of it. Go back to the channel it came from, watch for their uploads, find other creators doing the same kind of thing. Then post more often.
- 06
MONETIZE
The goal is the YouTube Partner Program. Getting paid by YouTube for the views. It’s what every earlier decision on this list is aimed at.
- 07
NEXT WAVE
Some channels never take off. Some waves fade. Neither is a disaster. That’s the point. You’re not married to a channel. When one is genuinely stuck, or the attention has moved, you start the next one. You already know how.

The content engine
You don’t need to
edit all day.
When something huge is happening, people make a lot of video about it. Hours and hours of it, every day. Some of those formats already work as Shorts. You can feel it when you watch them. Others don’t, and never will.
Telling those apart is most of the skill. After that it’s throughput: find the sources, let AI do the cutting, publish, and let the data decide what gets more of your time.
The clipping workflow inside the system runs on RemakeIt. It’s the tool, not the plan.
Long-form
Shorts
One source. Multiple shots at attention.
An example
The last big wave
was the World Cup.
For months, the entire internet was talking about it. New videos were being uploaded every day and demand for short form content around it was everywhere.
That’s exactly the kind of wave Trend Clipping is built around.
The next one doesn’t have to be the World Cup. You just need to recognize it early enough.
Live build
The next channel
starts at zero.
GTA 6 is the next wave. I’m building a completely fresh Shorts channel into it from nothing, inside the system, while you’re watching.
Not a recap written afterwards where everything went perfectly. The actual build. The mistakes. The clips that flopped. The data. What I changed and why.
